My computer went on power mode now and now my keyboard and mouse can't be used to wake it up. Help!

Computer disable keyboard & mouse.

Monitor, keyboard,and mouse all work. Tower is on. Cables are plugged in. I heard tons of thread having this issue with windows 7 too.

I just want to know how I can wake my computer up enough so I can access the settings to enable these modes.

Pressing the power on button on the front of the computer will also wake it up.
