My computer will not post

I built my computer a few years ago, and everything worked fine (after adjusting a few settings). However, I went on a vacation with my family, and powered down my computer, unplugged it and everything. When I got back home, I plugged everything back in, turned it on, and it will not post...all parts have been tested and work, but my system will not post.

I have also been getting phone calls from an unlisted number claiming to have received reports on my system (which hasn't even been plugged in for several months at this point)

I have tested all components, reseated everything, replaced the motherboard and processor...i don't know what to try next.

I was only on my vacation for 4-5 days, and my computer hasn't posted since I got back

Open that rig up and check fans, motherboard, memory, psu for levels of dust. Since it sat for a week it tells me all the dust settled in on your computer. Unplug your rig, give all those things a good cleaning and blow it out with a can of air and try to post it up. Also do you get any beeps when you turn it on?

We cleared the CMOS

My comp was cleaned of all dust before we started.
There were no beeps after plugging a speaker into the motherboard (my motherboard doesn't have a built in speaker; we bought one to plug into it)

Is there any possibility of the issue being with the cables coming from my power supply?
My components were tested, and worked in another computer, but we did not test the cables themselves (except for the cable going from the power supply to the outlet)
