My computer will not restart

My PC will not restart by itself, I have to power down and power up mnually.

are you restarting by a button or through Start>Shutdown>Restart

Hi I am also facing the same issue. I restarted my pc using Start>Shutdown>Restart. But it will not start. In some cases my PC ask for restart (after installing something) i restarted it. It is not restating.

Actually after shutdown it gives one beep sound and nothing will happen.
Can anyone resolve my issue.

I am using windows server 2008 R2 OS
