My computer will not turn on

I flipped the switch on the back of my PSU and now my computer will not turn on, it will give a little power, like the lights on my keyboard, mouse, and the light on the front of my case for like half a second then turn off, i already took out the CMOS for 10 minutes and then tried it again and it still doesnt work. Thanks
