[SOLVED] my computer will randomoly shutoff/restart

ill be just playing a games or brosing and my pc will shutoff and sometimes itll restart sometimes not other times my itll turn of my monitors but my pc still running
i have no clue what causes this

Its restarting because you've set it to restart if it has a problem. I think this is a windows default.
The most common cause is a CPU overheating.

PC spec?
