I recently purchases a pny cs900 240gb ssd to to in my old hp laptop as the hdd broke and I downloaded Windows 10 into a flash drive so I could install windows 10 onto the laptop however when I get the to part where to decide to delete anything on the old drive it's says that window scan not be installed on this device ore something like that. I have installed Windows 10 with that flash drive before in a different computer as a test and it worked perfectlyand I have also looked at the requirements to run Windows 10 and as far as I know my laptop is powerful enough.
If anyone could help I would really apriciate it

That error is really not very clear in its meaning, it wants you to delete all the partitions on the old hdd and then it would let you install onto it, but you don't want to install on the hdd, you want to install onto ssd... so choose the unallocated space that should be called drive 0 and click next

Ideally you should remove old hdd when installing win 10 as it likes to share its boot sector around, but that might be difficult for you. If you can do this, you shouldn't get that error as it won't see hdd and want to delete the space.
