Question My Computer wont Boot CPU EZ Debug Led on

I switched out the CPU and the Motherboard's Ez Debug LEDs Indicated that there was a problem with the CPU or that it is missing. But somedays it works perfectly

My Specs

Ryzen 3 2200g
600 watt PSU
2 sticks of DDR4 Ram
500GB HDD
MSI A320 M Pro VH Plus

the motherboard have the bios to run 2200g?

I put the AMD Bootkit CPU in and the the light still turns on
