I just built a new computer with help from PC Part Picker.
Here's the list:

I wanted to put a Pentium in it, but it wasn't compatible, so I got a Celeron to update the BIOS so I can use the Pentium.
I set everything up and it turns on, fans spinning, LED's on, including a red debug light next to CPU. There's nothing on the monitor and no beeps through the speaker.
To be clear, that's what happened when I booted with the Pentium (PC Part Picker predicted an incompatibility), I'm asking for help because this also happened with the Celeron (which doesn't seem to have a compatibility issue).
Before you start typing, it's not an issue with bent pins, swapping graphics and mobo output ports, ram or ram slots, anything to do with cables or power, or the monitor. I've already made sure everything's set up properly, it just won't start.
Side Notes: there wasn't a jumper that came with it and I don't have a cd/dvd driver. I'm going to a pc repair shop today or tomorrow, but the less money and time it takes the better. Also, is it safe to strap a computer tower on your back and ride on a bike for five miles, and if so, how safe?
