Question My computer wont display

i just got a omen computer with a AMD mother board and windows 10. i tried to get into the bios to enable dual monitors, not used to AMD i was trying to see what the bios key was. i pressed delete when that didn't work i tried ALT-7 Alt-8 ALT-9 ALT-10 ALT-11 and ALT-12 in a row. now my computer wont display on my HDMI monitor I have made sure the monitor was all the way plugged in and not even my mouse will light up. Please help

So u can get display with vga/dvi? I had this issue and just had to update my Nvidia GeForce drivers for the gpu
