Question My computer won't operate properly after updating Valorant?

I updated Valorant about two days ago and soon as I restarted my computer I was having issues with just opening google or discord. I've been having issues since. I'm not sure how to root the problem but any help would be appreciated.

open task manager and check if valorant is using a lot of resources . if it is not valorant is not the cause of it. it must be something else if the background.
