My computer wont post and nothing displays

Okay so I'm building a PC for a co-worker and I've never ran into this problem before. Everything fires up but I get no display and no POST beep. I've taken everything out but the cpu and the cooler and it still wont post. Here's what I'm running.

AMD FX 8350 black edition vishera

Cooler Master MasterLiquid ML120L RGB

Hyper X Fury ram. 2x 8 GB sticks

Gigabyte 970A-DS3P mother board

Nvidia GTX 760

Rosewill Capstone 650M 80 plus gold 650w power supply.

Toshiba 1tb harddrive

Any help would be great. I looked at the other threads made about this and none of the solutions really helped me

As far as I can see there is no speaker on the motherboard so unless you connected one you wont be able to hear any beep.
It would be nice if you would have one though as we would know if there are any error beeps.

Is there any possibility that you could try those parts in second PC?

I dont have another computer to put them in. I have tried two different motherboard speakers and neither one worked and I know the one in there now works because I tested it on my PC before I put it in.

Well I would try to RMA the board if possible.
