My computer won't read my psp and memory stick

Hi There!Im here to ask help because my computer won't read my psp.I plug my psp with a cable then when I go to my computer it shows the removable disk f then when i open the folder, no files are there and when i check the properties, it was 9mb device.Please help me,I can't play games because of this.
