my computer wont recognize my new monitor.

hi,
I recently bought a new monitor but my computer wont recognize this it still shows the name of the old monitor (which used an vga adapter to dvi my new one a dvi cable). My new monitor is bigger than my old one so everything is stretched out. Please help.

Try to update display driver, or install the driver for new monitor from cd.
