[SOLVED] My computer won't run at full potential

I've been playing many games with this setup for awhile but when i compare my spec with other peoples specs, they would get more than 50% performance than me. I've checked for CPU temps. and any signs of bottle necking but i don't see any. When i run benchmarks on some games i've noticed that my gpu will never go over 50-53% load on extreme settings. I've been getting 30-60 fps in all games. i play in 1920x1080p resolution and i know good and well that i should be getting more fps with this setup at this resolution.

Operating System: Windows 10 Pro 64Bit

MotherBoard: ASUS PRIME X399-A

CPU: AMD 1920x Threadripper

GPU/Graphics card: Gigabyte Auros Extreme GTX 1080 Ti

RAM: 16GB DDR4 3000Mhz

PSU: Corsair RM850x

OS Hardrive: Hitachi 7200RPM 1TB

1x 2tb Hard drive
1x Sandisk extreme 480gb SSD

How many DIMMs is that 16GB? Two or four? Threadripper wants quad channel RAM.

I fixed my problem. It was the slots in which I had my ram in. I didn't have the ram in the A1,B1 slots.
