Question My computer wont start.

Hello, today i was playing games and my monitors both went black, but i was still able to hear my game and discord. This happened twice, then later i was playing games and my computer powered off twice. Now everytime i turn my computer on my liquid cooling rgb lights up and my egb ram and 1 of my fans spin on my radiator. I removed my GPU and now my RGB on my case fans and both fans on the radiator are spinning, well the case fans are attempting to spin but cant since i have them at a high RPM and the rgb flickers on and off. I switched my PSU to a different one but this one is my old one that wasnt reay stable but i did it anyway and same results. I am not sure what to do.

Almost everything i purchased it new.

I7 8700k - new
GTX 1080 - bit older
RGB 16gb ram - NEW
Asrock z370 pro4 - NEW
NZXT kraken x62 - NEW
New storage (M.2)
Psu is thermaltake tr2 RX 850w - 8 months or so old.

Power down, unplug, open the case. Then check that all components are indeed fully and firmly seated.

Plugs, RAM, GPU, jumpers - everything. Old and "NEW".
