my computer wont stop quacking at me!!!!

alright so when i start gaming or putting my computer under load it seems to start making a duck quaking sound i have no independent speakers and it is hooked up to a 40 inch hisense 1080p tv the sound has started since i upgraded my cpu and mobo as stated above my old mobo and cpu was a p5k and a e6550 which i had running stable at 3.3 ghz

so without speakers, under load, your system quacks... okay... things that can make noise under load, would be video card or power supply more likely than other things. pop side of your case, put system under load, check PSU first easiest to know... does it quack ? no test video card.
