Question My computer won't stop restarting. Please help.

I just built a new computer the parts are:

MSI MPG Z390 Gaming Pro Carbon AC Motherboard
Sapphire Pulse Radeon RX 590
Intel Core i7-9700 LGA1151
Corsair Vengeance LPX 32GB DDR4
Corsair CX750M 750W
WD Blue 3D NAND 1TB Internal SSD
NZXT - H510 Compact ATX Mid-Tower
Running Windows 10

I installed windows 10 onto it and did all the updates. I started downloading Borderlands 3 onto it and put it onto ultra settings, after doing that my computer restarted. After restarting I tried to play it again and it restarted again. Then after restarting I logged in and it immediately restarted again it kept doing this until I just shut it off. Does anyone know what it could be or what I can do to troubleshoot it?

I don't have a cooler just the fans that came with everything

You don't have a CPU cooler mounted on top of the CPU?
If that's the case then the PC is restarted to help protect your CPU from being destroyed because of the extremely high temperatures it's running on while opening the game during load.

I have the fan that came with the CPU and it is running normally.
