So I got gtx 660 and i5 660 and compaired to other gtx 660 its a lot worser for example guy on youtube did cinebench for gpu on gtx 650 and he get about 60fps and i on my gtx 660 had 40fps https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ESKA8qwYIMA . Gtx 660 should be better than gtx 650 whats happening. I clean my computer every 2 months, and i also format my computer 2 times per year. Why is my computer so slow?
Also my friend has worser graphics card and cpu but he has 60fps in PUBG but i have 20-40fps

Solution
Hm that shouldn't happen. Have you checked your BIOS clock speeds for the cpu, RAM?

Another reason for the poor perfomance might be your i5 660, since it isn't that good anymore.
I would suggest you upgrade (if you can) to the i7 for your 1156 socket mobo.

Refer to this CPU Support list for your motherboard: https://www.asus.com/Motherboards/P7H55M_PRO/HelpDesk_CPU/
I would suggest going for the strongest supported CPU (Core i7 875K)

You need an upgrade if you want to play PUBG.

CPU and GPU.

And i7 870 would be a good choice, you can find them on EBAY for very reasonable prices now.

And a GTX 1050 for the GPU.
