I have been toying around with this for days and I am about to lose my sanity. I am building a new PC and when I turn it on, there is no POST or BIOS but it lights up and all fans spin. I have tried a different working PSU, graphics card, RAM, monitor, etc. The only thing that currently allows it to boot into the bios is swapping my 8350 for an old quad core athlon (I don’t remember the exact model). All parts work just fine with each other except for the processor. The BIOS is fully updated. I have tried booting with just the mobo, cpu, and ram, and gpu. What could possibly be the issue?
MOBO: GIGABYTE GA-970A-DS3P (supposedly supports the 8350 according to the support page on gigabyte’s website)
CPU: AMD FX-8350
400w PSU
4x2 GB RAM
AMD RX 560
Any help is greatly appreciated.
