my computers cpu temperature is 100c and re-applying thermal paste did not help

Can someone help me my computers cpu temperature is 100c normally it's 20-30c
and i just reapply thermal paste and that did not help
(i don't have any games or softwares open just google chrome, discord and speccy)

Considering how high the temperatures are, my guess would be that the pump broke, and the water is just sitting there, not circulating through the system. You might try feeling the pump to determine whether it might be vibrating at all. If not, that cooler has a 6 year warranty, so it might be worth making use of that.

Yes i'm pretty sure it's correcly installed because it has worked before

Yeah, depending on how the case is setup, fans on the inside blowing out.

Some have the fans on the outside blowing cold air in through the rad. (better setup IMO) That's how I would set one up in my case if I got one. I doubt I ever will though because air cooling works very well for me so I don't see the need.
