My computer's Motherboard?

I'm planning on replacing my graphics card on my computer but I can't find the motherboard specs for the HP Compaq 6000 Pro Microtower. If you could help me find specs or just the PCI Express slot for it that'd be great.

If you have the tower version, you should have 1 full-height PCIe x16. If it's the small form version, you should have a low profile PCIe x16.

If so, it looks like there is no reasonable graphics upgrade.

Other versions are possible, but your psu may be a limiting factor.

How strong a graphics card do you want?

If it's one of the versions that do have PCI-E x16, the case may also be a limiting factor. That is, don't buy a large card unless you're sure it fits. Cooling will also be an issue.
