My computers mouse keyboard and monitor won't work

I turned on my desktop one day to find that the mouse keyboard and monitor would not turn on I also do not hear the post whenever I turn it on I have put the mouse keyboard and monitor in a different computer and they work normal I have no idea what is going on or what the issue could be

Sounds like the motherboard is dead.... Time for a new machine. FIRST, Unplug the power, hold the power button down for a minute, plug it back in and try... Then, at that point, if nothing happens, new computer.

Would help to list full system specs. Maybe power supply is dead, or motherboard.
