My computers shuts down suddenly

WHENEVER I AM DOING MY WORK on COMPUTER THE MONITOR AND THE CPU SUDDENLY CRASHES FOLLOWED BY A BLACK SCREEN BUT THE UPS IS STILL RUNNING .HEY PLEASE SOLVE THIS PROBLEM
