Question My computer's sound starts lagging/studdering then computer bluescreens. help please?

My computer's sound starts lagging/studdering then computer bluescreens.

History:
So, my computer has always been a bit wonky. Something I normally live with. However, one thing I do not tolerate is blue screens, My system is roughly 3 years old now. Currently the game seems to bluescreen 9/10 when playing Red Dead redemption 2, or grand theft auto 5 (Both rockstar games). It has been doing this for awhile now and only recently did I realize the link between the two seems to be those two games. After checking the most recent critical errors in event viewer it says

MB: GIGABYTE 990FXA-UD3 (F3 Bios)
Ram: 32 gig kit kingston KHX1600C9D3(x4, dont have the kit packaging anymore so dont have the exact model for the kit. but was bought as a 32gig kit, kingston hyperx red i believe)
CPU: amd fx-8350
CPU Cooler: forgot off top of my head but not stock
Video: MSI R9 390 Gaming (MS-V308)
Power Supply: EVGA 1000watt (unsure of the model as the box is long gone., bought roughly 4 years ago)
Drives: 1tb ST31000528AS, 2tb ST2000DX002-2DV164, 2tb Hitachi HD722020ALA330, 8tb ST8000DM004-2CX188, 1tb ST1000DM003-1CH162
OS: Win7 Sp1 Ultimate 64bit(Primary) & Windows 10 home (Backup os)
Case: Antec 1200

Tried:
chkdsk C: /r
sfc /scannow
Reseating ram (most of what I read says it is a ram issue)
uninstalled and reinstalled games in question
Reset bios to optimized defaults
Reseating all cards in pci/e slots
Verified cables are plugged in

Sorry for the late response, dealing with a few family issues.
I ran mem64 for 4 full cycles of all test on the free option. It came back with 0 results. it took a really long time. a lot longer than I was expecting. over 20 hours. It did say my memory may be subjectable to high frequency bit flipping (no idea what this is).

Currently, Red dead 2, Grand Theft auto 5 and oxygen not included, have caused the blue screen. everytime, the symptom is the same. the computer seems to become unresponsive. the audio begins to loop and lag. this last for up to a minute then, blue screen. the error is a bit random but often it is bad pool header.

I would re-seat the memory in the slots
