Question My computers specs are more than enough to play a game but i have frame issues

Hello i play World of Warcraft and i have
Intel i5*4670k
GeForce GTX 760
12gbs of ram
MSI Z87-G45 motherboard
and an old 500w power supply.
And im wondering if the low frames are because of the power supply because i tried alot of things to fix it and none of them work please help me

What frame rates are you getting?

What resolution, and what is the make/model of said power supply? Your ram configuration isn't ideal, as it probably isn't running in dual channel. What settings are you trying to run? I doubt that card can handle more than 7/10, at 1080p, without issues. What are your temps at?

I am trying to run between low and medium settings and im playing 1920x1080p my cpu most of the times see 59-62 my GPU goes between 60-72

What is your RAM configuration? 8+4GB, 3x4GB?

We still need to know how many frames you're getting so that we know whether it is normal or not.
