Question My controller is not working and not showing up in Device Manager ?

My controller is really old From a brand called Enter. I have tried re-plugging it lots of times and when I go to update drivers all are updated and I don't see the controller anywhere in Windows ?

How old is "really old"?

Any specific controller name or model number? Connectivity (USB)?

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

In Device Manager > View is "Show hidden devices" checked?

Does the controller work on other known working computers?

Do other known working controllers work on the current computer and ports in use?

Determine if the controller failure follows the controller or stays with your computer.

Where are you getting the controller drivers?
