My Cooler masterbox pro 5 rgb 3 front fans aren't spinning.

Hi, I just finised building my first gaming pc, and was wondering why my 3 led fans aren't spinning. They're lighting up but are not spinning for some reason, just wondering why that is. Thanks for the help
