my cord is wrapping around itself...

Hi, I have recently been using a turtle beach px21 and the cord is coiling/ wrapping around itself

whenever I try to straighten, it just goes back into this. Really annoying when gaming

Straighten it and weigh it down with something overnight or for a couple of days...then remove it and there you go straight cords.

ok, so with what do I weight it down with without the cable breaking

Have someone help you and first straighten the wire. Then plug the end into something. Pull the headset back until the line is straight. Not too hard that you will pull it out of the jack. Then just leave it like that for about 2 days. It's a long time, but days do fly by. You can weigh it down to make sure the line does not curl up. Wrap the headset around something heavy.
