My Core Clock is stuck

So i have a Sapphire Dual-X R9 270 Graphics card.
And recently i realized that my Core Clock when playing any game is stuck at 920Mhz
Normally when on idle it would be 300Mhz and when used at 945MHz,now on idle is 450Mhz and used at 920Mhz.
The Memory Clock now its only staying at 1400Mhz when used and not.
I tried overclocking it a little bit,but nothing.
Any HELP?

What software did you use to monitor your gpu?

MSI Afterburner,I even tried with Saphire Trixx software and AMD's Crimson

Try using gpu-z to monitor your status instead (just for confirmation). Are you sure nothing has change in the in the overclocking tool? And it is better to have only one active software (overclocking utility) at one time so they will not conflict to each other.

Yes im sure,and I also see it in AMD Crimson Settings,its staying 450/1400 on idle.. and 920/1400 on load
as it was 300/150 on idle and 945/1400 on load

Try doing clean driver install using DDU.
