Question My core voltage is too low?

I have a i7 7700k cpu paired w a z270f mobo
And on that it shows my cpu core voltage is 1.088v( I HAVENT TOUCHED ANYTHING ON THE BIOS)
My brother had the exact same build w everything same and his is showing 1.345 V
I cant stress test my cpu with over 2 threads if I use all it just crashes in 2 secs and I have to restart pc

well it didnt do the gpu test because im doing this on a new installation of windows so i havent installed the drivers yet (last time i tried it crashed during installing the gpu driver and i couldnt get in to windows again)

hopefully this helps with the cpu problem atleast

So you have two sticks of ram and xmp disabled which maybe causing your issue insert the 2nd stick and enter your bios.... Then enable xmp

I enabled xmp but I still couldn’t boot into windows and the weird thing is
When I put my ram in the recommendation single channel of mobo it crashes within a second of stress testing
