Just built my first gaming PC & the PSU has started making a weird noise - almost a short electric squeal or chirp - check out this video of it you'll hear it 3 times over the fan noise:
View: https://youtu.be/aSI5sjTXvBA

When the computer is first turned on, there's no sound. As soon as I start playing a game or anything like that, the noise starts. When the computer goes idle again, it carries on for a bit then stops. Apart from this issue, the PC runs fine - no crashing, no other issues - just this noise.

The full spec is below:
  • AMD Ryzen 5 2600
  • MSI Tomahawk Max ATX AM4
  • Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4 3600
  • WD Blue 500GB M.2 2280 SSD
  • Crucial MX500 2TB 2.5" SSD
  • KFA2 GeForce 1660 Super 6GB (1-Click OC)
  • Corsair CV650
  • Kolink Castle Midi-Tower
Thanks in advance for any help you can offer. Kind of unsure what to do next.

Sorry, I can't hear the noise.
I think it will come from one of two sources.
Once the psu starts to draw power, the fan will start up.
If the fan is unbalanced or the blades touch something, you can get a noise.

Another noise that comes from some electronics is coil whine.
Not much you can do about that.

If you can, I would use the sound as a reason to return the CV650. It is considered a poor quality unit,
It is tier 5/6 on this quality list.
A quality psu is a long term pc investment.
Buy a replacement with a 7 or 10 year warranty.

Appreciate you taking a listen. I've ordered a Tier 2 replacement (budget consciously). If it solves the problem then I'll return the old PSU (if they'll let me return it).
Thanks, really.
