[SOLVED] my CPU 9700k error ?

hi, my CPU 9700k only run with 1 slot ram on the motherboard (asus ROG Z390 - I gaming)
i use cpu i5 8400 to checking , it run with 2 slot ram normal
CPU i7 9700k was error ?

how to fix it ?
I had 2 ram 8g , but I used only 1 ram

Return the processor for another. You can't fix a jacked up processor and why would you want to almost anything you'd do to it would void the warranty
