My CPU always high temperature

My CPU: Intel Core i5-3340 3.10Ghz (4 CPUs)

Always high temperature 90'o and play games is 100 -> 105'o . CPU Fan and heat sink is new and it fine.

What heat sink do you have? Those temps are too high. Can be due to a too small or improperly mounted cooler, high ambient temperature, lack of case airflow. Use a different software to check your temps, you may just have artificially high readings.

I have Cooler Master heat sink , just turn on PC and temperature is 70 - 80 , after 10 minute 90 - 105 ... No programs run with windows .
