My CPU and GPU are underperming

I have a 2070 and a ryzen 5 5600x and in cyberpunk for example I should have about 65 fps or above in medium rtx mode but I have like 30-40 co

I know but I saw like multiple guys with my exact gpu and even worse cpu and he got 80 fps and I have like 30-40fps. And its not only in cyberpunk but in cod modern warfare too

GPU: MSi Gaming rtx 2070
CPU: Ryzen 5 5600x
Rams are pretty <Mod Edit> but it's not the problem Hyper x 2x4GB 2400mhz
Monitor 1920x1080 60hz
And I run cyberpunk 2077 on a HDD i don't mind the loads
And I have the game on priority and my power mode is extreme"

ryzen loves high speed ram, also 2x4 gb is low anyways. for a budget ram i would recommend you grab a Klevv Bolt XR or Team Dark Z Alpha the 4000mhz ones, that should crank the performance up, also FCLK at 1:1 since its a ryzen 5000 series cpu paired with a good mobo. Also update your driver. and since its still a new released game it would get optimization real soon.

I have all the new drivers and I just bought the new cpu and I don't have money for new rams i could wait but thx.
