Question my cpu and gpu both 80-85+

Both cpu and gpu hitting temps 80-90 while im playing games like r6 even 70-80 playing csgo
brand new computer when playing R6 my game freezes for 10-20 sec i think its bc of the temps.

You're going to need to know what the make and model of the PSU in your system is. Often times prebuilt systems come with lackluster PSU's. You're also on a single 120mm AIO setup, have you inspected the system if you can hear a cranking sound coming from the AIO's pump block? Make sure you're on the latest BIOS update for your motherboard. Also take note of what your system resources look like when at idle(not gaming) soon after booting up to GUI.

i booted up and clicked delete the the idle temp for the cpu is 51 and i can not find the gpu temp if i log into my pc and go to my tracker the gpu is at 49 also to find the make and model of psu should i open my pc?
