My cpu and mobo both have lga1155 and Newegg says the cpu does. But pc part builder says there not compatible

I'm going to buy a i3-2120 or an i3-3320. Both support lga1155 and my asus maximus V formula has an lga1155 socket but pc part picker says my mobo and the cpus I want are incompatible. Why is this. I don't want to have to go with a pentium or a celeron and those i3s are my best bet.

It will take the i3 2120, but not the i3 3320.
