Question My Cpu Clock Speed Keeps Dropping

hello everytime i play games i need to use throttle stop clock mode at 81.25 because if i dont use that games keep freezing but when i use it i get no fps drops my specs are i3-2330m 2.3ghz 4gb ram Gtx 525M GPU (also a intel 3000hd) i know i dont expect so much from this bad laptop but i just wanna know if i can fix those fps drops i dont wanna use throttlestops clock mode because it heats my laptop too fast
