My setup:

-asus z97-a
-i5 4690k
-gtx 970

I recently installed Corsair Hydro H60 High Performance liquid cooling for my CPU, however the CPU fan runs at 4400 RPM when im on desktop or in Bios. My temperatures are fine at 30 degrees in idle and 65-69 degrees when in game.

My question is, is 4400RPM normal? or should i do something to fix it.

Best regards.

Thanks for fast reply, i've been reading a bit and figured it might be the pump that runs at 4400 RPM. Does this sound likely?

I saw this quotation: " The rotary pump is much smaller than the fan, and needs to spin very quickly to move enough liquid to keep the processor cool."
