my cpu core temp is reading 0 degrees is this bad?

my cpu is an amd fx 6300 and to be honest my room is very cold i feel like i need to wear a coat and its freezing outside so the room temp is cold very cold its 0c idle

my room is warming up now its now at 4c idle going up to 6c occasionally my room was at 58 Celsius cold and its 3 Celsius outside

CPU temp cannot be lower than your room temp.

You appear to have a bad sensor.

could it be the software im using is wrong? im using hwmonitor
