my cpu is intel i7 3770,
motherboard msi z77a-g45,
power supply cooler master slient pro m2 620w
ram CORSAIR Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB)
bios v2.7(as photo)
os - window 8 pro
my cpu never get into 3.4 core speed, even i am running text by 3d mark vart, or nuclearmc( prove by cpu-z, as photo, the photo took when running nuclearmc test)
it is not power saving... bios reflashed, cmos tried
i asked intel, and they use intel processor diagnostic tool to prove me the cpu have no problem (as below)
