Question my cpu dosent go full blast!!

my cpu is fx8300
motherboard GIGABYTE GA-78LMT-S2 (rev 1.2)

max processor state 100% in power options, c6 enabled and core performance boost enabled (4.1ghz) in bios

i tried single, double, multi thread load testing in cpuz and prime95, it won't go above 3.6ghz no matter what - open hw monitor shows max 3616mhz all cores, but it should boost to 4ghz right?

please help, what do i do

full system spec? include make and model of the psu

cpu temp during the test?

That motherboard probably isn't able to provide enough power to reach full boost clock speeds

cpu core keeps below 38C

motherboard temps are
37c
48c
52c
i don't know precisely what they are tho

so it's the motherboard? i dont wanna buy a new one
maybe if i get tiny heatsinks on those mosfet thingis itll solve the issue?

That is a big maybe but it wouldn't hurt, you'd need a heatsink, and some thermal pads, as well as a way to mount it.
