My CPU fan doesn't start.

CPU fan stoped working. When cleaning it I found a hair wrapped around it. I removed the hair, mount it back, it worked on and off on intervals of about 5 seconds then worked continuously for about 40 minutes. After that it stopped working.
Will a new CPU fan reaplacement fix the matter or it might be other issue?

It burned out orrrrrr there is still hair in the motor orrrrrr the cable disconnected

It's very likely the fan, they are cheap enough to get to test that.

Yeah try it in another pc if it doesn't work then you can find a new cooler. Would recommend a SFF Nautica cooler for an OEM pc
