Question My cpu fan is not working

So in short i just built my first pc and when i started to boot it i ve seen that my cpu fan didn't start.I have a amd wraith max . When i start the pc the LED of the fan starts then it stops ( it happends really fast like in a second or so ) and i don't have an idea what to do.
Parts :
CPU: Ryzen 5 1600x
CPU Fan: Amd Wraith Max
GPU:Sapphire Radeon RX 590 Nitro+ SE
Motherboard:Gigabyte B450M DS3H

Did you plug the 4 pin from the cpu fan into the cpu fan header on the board?

If so, can you change the speed in bios.
