Question My CPU fan isn’t spinning and PC won’t boot, just a black screen ?

My cpu fan stopped spinning and everytime I start my pc it turns on, no cpu fan and just black screen. My gpu also goes up to 100% fan speed as soon as I start it. (My fans also make a loud noise for like the first 15 seconds when I start it then goes to normal but that has been happening for a while)

i7-8700k
Gtx 1060 6gb single fan
600w psu
Vengeance 16gb 3600
Some ARC fans that I don’t know of that came in my ibuypower prebuilt (the cpu fan and top fans)

Your pc wont run if it does not detect a cpu fan. It is a fail safe to protect the cpu.

Have you tried another fan connecting to the cpu fan connection to see if it is your fan or the cpu fan connection that is not operable?
