I built a new PC, but my temperatures on CPU are very high. In idle I have around 60 C and while playing I have from 75 - 90.
I have stock cooler on my ryzen 5 3600 and my motherboard is B450.
In bios I don't see it, unless I stop it with my finger, than I see it for a second with like 33 RPM. I tried reseting CMOS and putting it in different fan pin.
I think it's spinning slow cuz I dont see the RPM, but when I put my finger on it to test it, it just stops instantly so I don't think its spinning fast at all.
