[SOLVED] My CPU Frequency is jumping all over the place

Can some1 pls help me out?
My CPU Frequency is jumping all over the place from 1700 to 3900Mhz on desktop while doing nothing.
The CPU is not overclocked.
Specs:
CPU:Ryzen 5 2600
Mobo:B450 Tomahawk Max
GPU:RTX 2060 KO
RAM: 16GB 3200Mhz Corsair

Should I reinstall my windows? I think it's something to do with the CPU usage jumping around on PC while not doing anything. Could be a virus or smthn.

Normal for Ryzens, which slow down individual cores when idling. If your frequencies aren't jumping all over the place while gaming or stress testing the CPU, I wouldn't worry about it.
