Question My CPU Idle temp is around 45-55C

It was working fine around a month ago (29c - 36c) but then the temp was around 45c in idle. I thought the pump had died so I replaced it but after installing the new AIO, the temps were still the same and that got me worried on why my CPU (i5-11400F) was so damn hot. I reseated the cooler 3 times and it was still the same so I came here for help. My radiator is also very hot so its not the cooler nor the fan so is it the cpu's fault? cpu frquency at idle is 4200mhz-4400mhz idk why it does this
my AIO is a LiquidMaster 120L V2

~15C over ambient is normal.

i changed my fan speed to run at 50% while idle now its steady around 39c, still dont know why the temperature rose so much in the pass month

I found the culprit
it was razer synapse THX service, I uninstalled it now its riding along 33c
