My Intel Core i5-4690K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor is reaching temps up to 95 C while idling!
Is this bad. I haven't manaully overclocked does it automatically overclock? I bought a Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO. Will this help? And how much will it cool my CPU? I've heard temps that high can hurt my PC. And I don't have enough money to buy a new CPU. And it also reaches 100 C while gaming. I am using the stock cooler. Will the Master Hyper 212 EVO fit in my NZXT H2 (yes I know it is an old case).

Any help would be much appreciated

I don't have the Hyper 212 evo yet but idle temps are down to 70C but game the temps hot 100 C! And I know that isn't good

If the pc is in an air conditioned room, idle is usually @30-35°C although some get to 40 and some go as low as 25, depends on the ac temp. That's average.

1. Try and remember if you removed the clear plastic film from the bottom of the heatsink before you put it on top of the cpu.
2. Check to see if any of the 4 plastic retaining pins on the heatsink are loose. They all take a decent amount of pressure to install correctly.
3. If you are totally unsure if you removed the film, you'll have to pull the heatsink back off. If the film is still there, remove it, then put the heatsink back. If the film is already removed, you'll know it immediately, paste will be stuck to heatsink base and cpu. You'll find cleaning directions on Google...
It is bad! If you are using the std cooler did you remove the plastic that covers the thermal pad before putting the cooler on.
The cooler master cooler should fit your case fine. We need to find out why your CPU is that hot so if the std cooler was installed right.

I fixed the fans but how much is a good idle temp and what should the temp be while playing something like gta v?

Keeping in place is simple if Heat sink pins are properly installed through the holes in the motherboard! Follow the instructions!

You can get thermal paste from any pc repair shop or best-buy or microcenter etc. It's cheap. In the cleaning videos will usually be thermal paste application too, easy enough, very small dab in the middle of the cpu.

When reinstalling the heatsink, use an X pattern, and make sure you hear/feel the pins 'pop'. That's when they are installed correctly. If using the hyper212, Google instructions, the included directions aren't worth much.
