Solution
I have an NZXT Kraken X62 CPU cooler and a NZXT H510 case
You are still well under your thermal MAX when under load.
Go into your Bios and reduce your CORE voltage in .02V steps till the system refuses to boot then raise CORE voltage in .01V steps till it boots OK. You may be overvolting slightly and that should help.

Your Kraken should cope under load so you may have to replace your TIM if dropping voltage doesn't help.
If that doesn't help then RMA or replace the cooler.
