My secondary laptop, HP with AMD A4 3310MX , is acting weird.
the temperature keeps going high above 70s and the cpu usage is 1% when idle but as soon as i start using it (and reclose every process after) it's on 50% usage. I've checked processes and services. and i also ran a virus scan, changed thermal paste and heat sink fan. please help me cuz its driving me crazy
